03. What guides us

Our five core values

Operating with honesty and transparency, and taking full responsibility for every decision and action, earning the trust of our members and stakeholders at every turn.

Fostering self-reliance by equipping individuals and communities with the knowledge, skills, and financial tools to take confident control of their futures.

Designing programmes for lasting impact, ensuring that positive change in finance, housing, and health endures on its own terms, without dependence on external support.

A foundational commitment to the whole person, supporting the financial, social, and environmental conditions that allow every member and their family to live a stable and fulfilling life.

Actively investing in our community, promoting financial literacy, mutual accountability, and shared growth through welfare initiatives and the collective strength of our membership.
